Go Back to Employee Benefits
Open enrollment will be November 1 through November 15, 2019. Open enrollment is the perfect time to review all of your benefit elections - even the ones you aren't changing.
To meet our members’ different needs, we will offer the new option of a Health Savings Plan with Health Savings Account.
You must enroll if you want to make changes to your coverage or contribute to a Health Savings Account. Also, you must enroll each year if you participate in the flexible spending account (FSA).
If you are enrolling a dependent not currently covered on the plan, you must provided dependent documentation in order for your dependents to have coverage effective January 1, 2020.
Open enrollment is the only time each year to make changes to most of your benefits unless you have a qualified family status change, such as birth, adoption, marriage, divorce or change in employment status. You have 31 days from an event to make changes to your current benefit elections.
Your benefit elections will carry forward from last year if you do nothing during open enrollment. But, this is still your best opportunity to review your coverage.
If you have questions about open enrollment please contact your Human Resource office, or the ASU System Benefits office at 501-660-1003 or email email@example.com.
