ASU-Marked Tree

Delta Vocational Technical School opened in August 1967 at the current campus location. When the doors opened, 71 students were greeted by 17 staff members and 7 vocational programs. Delta Technical Institute later merged with Arkansas State University in 2001 and became known as the ASU Technical Center in Marked Tree. In 2008, ASU-Newport assumed operational ownership of the center. Today, the ASUN Marked Tree campus is home to great programs like Collision Repair & Refinishing Technology, Automotive Service Technology, Computer Networking Technology, Energy Control Technology and Cosmetology.
