The Arkansas State University System Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit corporation duly chartered by the state of Arkansas in 1977 to operate for the benefit of the Arkansas State University System and its related entities.
Its primary purpose is to receive, solicit, accept, hold and administer private gifts in support of educational programs associated with Arkansas State University campuses.
The ASU Foundation is recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and is exempt from federal income tax.
