Chief Information Officer Search

The Arkansas State University System seeks a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all information technology systems across the ASU System.

The CIO, based in the System’s Little Rock office, is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with the System’s strategic goals, ensuring robust cybersecurity, enhancing data governance and analytics, and delivering efficient, secure, and user-centered technology services to support academic, administrative, and operational excellence.

The search is under way and will continue until the position is filled, though preference will be given to those who apply by Aug. 18, 2025.

The ASU System Factbook is produced annually and is intended to provide answers to questions that are frequently asked by the administration, faculty, staff, students, alumni and other university constituents.
