Retirement Plan Loan Update: Effective February 1, 2018, TIAA will offer current ASU employees retirement loans with a $75 application fee for a 1 - 5 year loan, and a $125 application fee for home loans of 6 - 10 years. The interest that is charged will all be paid back into the employee's retirement account as they make monthly payments, which will result in 0% net interest to the employee. There will continue to be a maximum of three outstanding loans for all loans originated January 1, 2016 or later. Former employees will not be eligible to take a loan from their ASU account.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Tax-sheltered income to pay for qualified health care or childcare expenses.
We pay the full cost for basic employee life, basic AD&D and family coverage. Supplemental available.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Pays your beneficiary a death benefit if you die due to a covered accident.
Long-term Disability Coverage
ASU pays the full cost. Benefit is 60% of salary up to a maximum of $6,000 per month.
All benefit eligible employees are required to contribute to a retirement plan as a condition of employment.
