Medical

We offer a generous medical plan to its benefit eligible employees and their dependents.

Dental

Two dental plans are available. A high option and a low option.

Vision

Vision coverage is available to benefit eligible employees and their families.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Tax-sheltered income to pay for qualified health care or childcare expenses.

Group Life

We pay the full cost for basic employee life, basic AD&D and family coverage. Supplemental available.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

Pays your beneficiary a death benefit if you die due to a covered accident.

Long-term Disability Coverage

ASU pays the full cost. Benefit is 60% of salary up to a maximum of $6,000 per month.

Short-term Disability Coverage

Two plans available with benefit ranging from $150 to $600 per week.

Cancer Insurance

Choice of three plans. Benefits are paid if diagnosed with most cancers.

Medical Transport

Protects you and your family against the financial burden of massive out-of-pocket ambulance costs.

All benefit eligible employees are required to contribute to a retirement plan as a condition of employment.
