The Arkansas State University System Board of Trustees will meet in special session at 11 a.m. today, July 21, at Arkansas State University-Newport in the Student Community Center Chancellor’s Conference Room. Agenda items include small property sale proposals related to the Henderson State University campus and a land management agreement between ASU-Beebe and the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission.
