Colleagues,

I'm pleased to announce that a new chancellor for Arkansas State University will be introduced Wednesday, May 17, at events in Jonesboro and Little Rock. You are welcome to join us for this exciting announcement!

The Jonesboro announcement will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Fowler Center Drama Theatre. It will be streamed live on the A-State Facebook page and on AState.edu. If you are in the central Arkansas area, we invite you to the Little Rock announcement and press conference at 3 p.m. at the ASU System Office, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 600, in Little Rock.

Thanks to each of you who took time to visit with the candidates and provide feedback during this process. I am particularly appreciative of the 20-member Chancellor Search Advisory Committee for its work in this process.

I'm very excited about sharing this news with you tomorrow, and I hope you can join us in person or online.
