I hope you will pay particular attention to the information and comments regarding A-State Campus Queretaro. I remain confident that this partnership and expansion will benefit our university for many years to come.

I wish each of you could have heard our Mexico partners today. Their passion for what we are doing is obvious, and their $100 million investment is extraordinary.

I want to reiterate that 100 percent of operational costs will be paid by our Mexican partners, as well as 100 percent of the capital investment. We see this as a low-risk, high-reward alternative revenue stream for our university. And, it's going to provide many exciting opportunities for our students and faculty in the years to come.
