2015 Open Enrollment

Go Back to Employee Benefits

2015 Open Enrollment is November 3 - November 21, 2014

MyBenefits Portal - (PIN IS LAST FOUR DIGITS OF SOCIAL AND LAST TWO DIGITS OF BIRTH YEAR)

Open Enrollment is a once-a-year* opportunity for employees to change benefit plans and to add or drop eligible dependents from coverage. This year’s open enrollment period takes place November 3 – November 21.

Employees that want to keep last year’s benefits elections do not need to take action; elections will automatically roll over. Your January 15, 2015 payroll deductions will reflect new 2015 rates.

If you have a Medical Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and/or a Third Party Insurance Flexible Spending Account you must re-enroll as these elections do not roll over.

* Benefits may also be changed during the year if there is a qualified family status change such as the birth of a baby, an adoption, marriage, divorce, or a change in employment status.

What's New?

Information about rates and health plan changes are in the box to the right titled "2015 Benefit Information."  This box will be updated as we get information from our providers, including the new 2015 pharmacy formulary.

How to Enroll

Logon to myBenefits between November 3 - November 21, 2014.  You may log into your 2014 myBenefits to review your current benefit elections prior to November 3, 2014, but you will not be able to make changes until open enrollment begins November 3, 2014.  Your temporary pin is the last four digits of your social and the last two digits for your birth year.  For example if your social is 999-99-1234 and you were born January 1, 1975, your temporary pin is 123475.

Helpful enrollment information is the box to the right titled "2015 Enrollment Information."
