Board of Trustees
The Arkansas State University System is governed by the Board of Trustees, which consists of seven members appointed by the Governor of Arkansas. Act 18 of 2021 dissolved the Henderson State University Board of Trustees and added two members to the ASU System Board. Act 18 of 2021 also changed the name of the Board from the Board of Directors of Arkansas State University to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas State University System.
